This daiquiri is made with Clairin, the sugarcane spirit of Haiti. Traditionally made from organic sugarcane grown in wild terroirs, spontaneous fermentations and distilled with small wooden/fire stills.
Craftly mixed with organic lime juice and organic sugar syrup.
Earthy nature of Clairin immediately evolves to citrusy notes of flowers, mimosa, camomile.
Texture very smooth, silky and sinous.

This daiquiri is made with RUM FIRE from Hampden, the iconic distillery in Trelawny, Jamaica. Ancient techniques of prolonged fermentation and the double retort distillation create a high ester level and funky intense profile.
Craftly mixed with organic lime juice and organic sugar syrup.
Force of Hampden, it speaks itself.
Ripe banana and pineapple scents explode to botanics, hay, anis. Intense experience.

This daiquiri is made with Rivers Rum, from the distillery lost in time in the north of Grenada, watermill powered.
By gravity the cane juice boils and ferments with techniques disappeared today, then distilled in a wooden/fire pot still.
Craftly mixed with organic lime juice and organic sugar syrup.
Rivers impetus shocks, warm, buttery, wax, laurel, and then evolves to salty spices, baharat, pumpkin. Uncatchable.

This daiquiri is made with Paranubes, the wild aguardiente de caña from undisturbed land of Rio Tuerto, in Oaxaca, Mexico. Four local cane varieties, spontaneous fermentation, and fire-driven copper distillation high in the Sierra Mazateca.
Craftly mixed with organic lime juice and organic sugar syrup.
Smoky, bright, vibrant. With notes of herbs, fig, tomato, pickled lime. Altitude in a bottle.
